the staff was helpful and responded quickly to our needs. the rooms were clean and equipped with towels, shower gel, shampoo, lotion, and a hairdryer. i found they also provided coffee, tea, and water at no charge.
the window didn't close properly, so i could hear noise outside.

The staff was helpful during check-in, quite efficient. My room included towels, shampoo and conditioner. The location is near several tube stations. This made travel easy.
My room faced the street, and there was a bit of traffic noise.

the staff provided very good service the apartment was spacious and clean it had a fully equipped kitchen i found the neighborhood quiet and nice.
i found a lack of suitable furniture for placing suitcases or other objects in the room

free coffee subway stop dining area handy supermarket
my room included a kettle. coffee and tea were available for free at any time from a machine in the dining area. i found the location very good (it's always a plus). it's close to two subway stops, which makes getting around easy. a supermarket nearby was very convenient for snacks.
the shower's water pressure was a bit low. this made rinsing off quickly a small challenge.

the hotel enjoys a prime location near kensington high street (easy access). it also sits a comfortable distance from gloucester road and several tube stations, facilitating convenient travel. hyde park and a variety of shops and pubs are within easy reach.

the rooms were clean. the cleaning staff were friendly. reception and the dining room looked lovely. the breakfast was excellent.
i found the bed uncomfortable, and it felt broken. i kept rolling out each night. the room felt sparsely filled.
